Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

Carrier and mode of shipment is selected by Designer Entryway, LLC. and listed on every order submitted. We will only change carriers to accommodate for a faster Delivery to you as a customer.

All Stock Items are shipped within 2-3 Business day. Please ask bout your specific desired item if you have any doubts on ETA. We love to make sure your products will arrive when expected and love to talk to you guys in order to avoid disappointments.

Special order Items ETA will be depending on availability with the Manufacturer with exceptions. Shipping will be handle as “Special Order “. You must contact your sales person to request the carrier or shipping that you will prefer. Fright charges or shipping methods selected by customer will be subject of different charges.

Product Availability
If for any reason material is not available for immediate shipment, Designer Entryway, LLC. sales representative will notify you.

Back Orders
Back Orders are place only at the request of the customer and therefore considered a separated order. Because of this, freight will be charged according to our freight policy regardless of the size of the order from witch the back order is taken.

Free freight is based on a minimum of $150.00 per order.

Return Policies

Customer Need to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to the Inside Sales Person. All Products has to be in Original Packaging, not used, all seals intact and in a perfect condition. Designer Entryway, LLC. only accept products returns from the returning party within 30 days of date of original purchase by the customer. Once the RMA has been provided, customer shall have 15 days to return product to our facility. If the product is not return after this deadline; The Returning Party should have referred to Customer Services. All Return Items Must Be returned to the address provided with the RMA document following the description of the specific defect ( i. e, reason for the return). However, failure to submit any item could impact the eligibility for credit. Upon receipt Designer Entryway, LLC. will assess the condition of the product and will determine if a defect exist in the material/product and will be result for final judgment to determine the final credit.
