AMSEC AM3020E5 Home Security Safe

The AMSEC Model AM3020E5 home security safe series offers an unbeatable value, featuring a gray fabric interior including back-cover and firewalls.

For security, the AMSEC home security safe includes a 12 gauge solid steel shell with a 1-1/8" door that is recessed. The door thickness includes 1/4" steel with the balance of fire insulating material.  Also featured are 5 active 1-1/4" bolts in a three-way configuration along with the ESL5 electronic lock with illuminated keypad standard. A dial combination lock is available as an upgrade for an extra charge. There are also 4 anchor holes which, when used, increase the forcible entry protection.

The AMSEC home security safe features a 45-minute fire rating which means it will withstand an exterior heat temperature of 1200 for 45 minutes without the interior temperature exceeding 350 degrees F. This is not bad for a home safe in this price range. The exterior paint is the traditional AMSEC deep blue textured finish and a raised American Security logo in black nickel hardware on the door. The interior shelves are a gray fabric and add both function and beauty to the interior.
