Not only does it control your home comfort levels, it is now a fully functioning voice assistant that can take notes, answer questions, or even order groceries. The ecobee comes with an improved SmartSensor that detects occupancy and ensures the occupied rooms are heated or cooled to the desired temperature. It will control not only your furnace and air conditioner, but your humidifier, dehumidifier, or ventilator as well. The ecobee is designed to be seen and heard with embedded microphones that have far-field voice recognition as well as an improved speaker for high-quality audio playback.
