Designer Entryway, LLC. only accept products returns from the returning party within 30 days of date of original purchase by the customer.

All Return Items Must Be returned to the address provided with the RMA document following the description of the specific defect ( i. e, reason for the return). However, failure to submit any item could impact the eligibility for credit. Upon receipt Designer Entryway, LLC. will assess the condition of the product and will determine if a defect exist in the material/product and will be result for final judgment to determine the final credit.
